Compensation measure for Terego members

April 10, 2020News

Given the directives from the Public Health authorities across Canada, the start of the Terego season has been postponed from May 1.

Since the situation is changing from day to day, we are not currently able to say when the Terego season will start, but we want to assure you that Terego members will not be harmed by this situation.

Your Terego membership will be extended depending on the postponed date of the start of the season.

For example, let's say the season resumes on July 1, 2020, which is 2 months late.  In this case, the 2 months lost will be added to your membership during Terego's active season (from May to October).

This means you will not lose any days of your subscription.

Here are some examples if the season begins 2 months late:

  • A membership purchased on July 5, 2019 would have ended on July 4, 2020: it will be extended until September 4, 2020.
  • A membership purchased on October 5, 2019 would have ended on October 4, 2020: it will be extended until June 4, 2021.
  • A membership purchased on March 5, 2020 would have ended on March 4, 2021: it will be extended until June 30, 2021.

Do not hesitate to contact us by email or by calling us on 514-750-7654 if you have any questions regarding this compensation measure.

This crisis is a difficult time for us all: local producers see their incomes fall, some of you have loved ones affected by the disease, some are isolated, worrying for the health of their loved ones, and some work in an essential service being exposed to the disease. We thank everyone for their courage and wish you the best in these difficult times.

So, while waiting to be able to see you again on the road, take care of yourselves...and wash your hands!

Karine and Michèle, Terego co-founders.
