Terego Photo Contest 2024

You took a great photo during an overnight RV stay at a Terego host in 2024? Share it on Facebook by tagging @Terego or on Instagram by tagging @terego_canada.

Each month, a photo will be chosen and will be published in the newsletter, on social media and on the Terego website!

At the end of the season, the public will choose their favourite photo among the 6 monthly finalists and the author will receive a local goods basket worth $300!

Entry Contest Rules

Contest timeline
The Contest period begins on Sunday, May 1st, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) and ends on Monday, October 31 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), the last day of the Terego season.

How to participate
To be eligible for the Contest, photographs must be published either :

1. On the Participant's Facebook account with the tag @Terego, the Participant's membership number and the name of the Terego host where the photo was taken;

2. On the Participant's Instagram account with the tag @terego_canada, the Participant's membership number and the name of the Terego host where the photo was taken.

Each photo shared constitutes one (1) entry. A post on a private Instagram and Facebook account will not be counted as the Terego team will not see it.

Reproduction and publication authorization
By participating in the Contest, you authorize Terego to use submitted pictures for promotional use (non commercial use).

Winning prizes
Each month, the Terego team will choose among all the photos published during the month, the winning photo for that month, based on originality and artistic quality. The winning photo will be published in the newsletter, on social networks and on the Terego website.

In December 2024, after the end of the Terego season, the public on Facebook will choose the best photo among the 6 monthly finalists and the author will receive a local goods basket worth approximately $300.

The winner will be determined by a public vote that will be finalized on December 14, 2024 at 8 a.m. (ET) in Montreal.

The winner will be contacted by email. 

The prize will be shipped to the winner.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Eligibility
The Contest is open only to Terego Season 2024 subscribing members residing in Canada who are 19 years of age or older. The photographs must have been taken on the site of a Terego network host during the current month. Each Participant may post as many photos as they wish.

Terego’s employees and managers, as well as persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Terego reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant who provides false, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details or information at any stage.

Intellectual property rights
Each Participant certifies that he/she is the author and unique rights holder for submitted pictures, and that he/she has the consent of individuals seen on the pictures and exonerates Terego from any legal action that could be initiated related to the publication of these pictures.
