Terego makes available to hosts and service providers related to terroir products, whose place of business is in Canada, a web platform allowing them to offer free parking places to RV travellers subscribing to the service.
When you register as a Host, you accept to abide and be bound by the Specific Terms of Use for Hosts (hereinafter described as the «Contract»).
The Contract is between Terego and YOURSELF, registering for the service (hereinafter described as the «Host», «yourself» or «you»). A confirmation email with a copy the Specific Terms of Use for Hosts will be forwarded to the email address provided in the registration process.

Purpose
The present Contract aims at enabling the Host to use the internet-based reservation platform (hereinafter described as the « Platform ») of Terego at terego.ca so as to post parking availability offers allowing clients of Terego to park their VR for one night (maximum 24 hours) (hereinafter described as the « Offer »). These parking spaces are offered free of charge to Terego clients and must be reserved in advance using the Platform integrated reservation module.
Registering your offer on the Platform is free. In order to be able to post a parking offer on the Platform, you must be a business producing, transforming, or selling farm/terroir products, or a service business offering agritourism activities in your region.
Your offer
You commit to offer a minimum of one (1) parking space to Terego clients for a 24-hour period. This parking space has to be adapted for use by motor homes, caravans and Fifth wheels. You commit not to offer these parking spaces on a platform (web, newspaper, bulletin board, etc.) other than that of Terego.
If the Host is contacted by a third party wishing to use such a parking place, the Host should inform the third party of the existence of the Terego Platform and give him the necessary information (web site address and coordinates of Terego) to allow him to subscribe.
You may withdraw the availability of a parking space with a 30-day advance notice. Under situations of force majeure forcing you to withdraw an offer in a shorter timeframe, you need to advise Terego at info@terego.ca so that the company can make arrangements with its clients. Other than cases of force majeure, you must honour your commitments towards clients of Terego.
Any parking place offered must be clean and safe for Terego clients. It must also be peaceful and offer adequate tranquility for Terego clients.
Accuracy of information
In creating your account on the Platform, you attest that the information submitted by you is exact. You also guarantee that you possess the necessary rights for the digital information submitted by you (notably texts, comments, pictures, logos and iconographic documents) for the purpose of posting it on the Platform and that you abide by all provincial laws. You also agree that Terego may use some of this information, notably pictures, for marketing purposes on the Platform.
Offers that you make on the Platform should in no case include inappropriate pictures or text (for example discriminatory, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful information or information that may cause prejudice to a third party).
Confidentiality of your account
You will be entirely and exclusively responsible for all activities taking place in your account. Therefore, you should protect your password and make it difficult to guess for anybody. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you believe that your account has been tampered or used abusively, please contact us as soon as possible at the email address above.
Limitation of responsability
Terego is not responsible for commercial exchanges between the Host and Terego clients, and for any related consequences. The Host has also sole responsibility for its offers on the Platform and recognizes these offers must abide by all applicable laws.
Insurance
The Host shall at all times maintain an adequate insurance coverage with respect to the offer made to Terego clients. The Host understands that it is his responsibility to inform his insurance company.
Client service contract
The Host agrees that his relation with Terego and clients of Terego be regulated according to the Specific Terms of Use for Member Clients and its Annexes. These terms of use are the service contract with clients and are attached to this document. You acknowledge having read them.
Termination
Each party can terminate this agreement with a 30-day notice to the other party.
However, Terego reserves the right to terminate this agreement without delay in case of breaches to the contract, as witnessed or as reported. In such a case, Terego will communicate with its clients to inform them of the withdrawal of the Host from the Platform.
By proceeding with your registration for using the platform, you declare having read and understood these specific terms of use for hosts and you accept them.
