2019 – Terego campers’ year in figures

The Canadian RV farm stopover Network comes to the end of its third year of existence. Aboard their motorhomes or in trailers, campers have made thousands of reservations for overnight RV parking spaces, and just as many road trips in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes, but most of all, countless amazing meetings with local host producers. Here is Terego's year in figures.

Let's start with a big number. In 2019, there were 4,214 RV parking reservations with local producers. In Quebec, the most visited region was the Eastern Townships (it seems as if you rather enjoy driving the wine route in your RVs). The second most popular province was New Brunswick. Of course, we will continue to find beautiful sites for you to camp on farms and meet local producers from the regions you love to visit. Another piece of good news is that, despite the high number of bookings, the availability rate remained high throughout the season. But that's the next number...

No, these are not the winning lotto combinations, they were the two busiest days of the year in the Terego network: July 26 and August 31, 2019. Despite this, on these two days, 2 out of 3 host producers still had overnight RV parking available. This means that the availability rate remained high, and keeping it this way is a priority for us. Life is full of surprises, and last-minute trips are often the most fun.

Speaking of a last-minute trip ... one camper couple made 32 Terego stopovers in 2019. Wow! Mr and Mrs Jobin were the members with the most bookings this year. Moreover, they are also regular participants in our events. So if you meet them one day, ask them to show you their travel diary. It is filled with souvenirs from their motorised road trips.

This is the number of reservations in 2019 at THE most visited host producer in the network, since the creation of the overnight RV parking network. And what gets the crowds booking? Or should we say, what gets the RVs rolling? Quality cheeses! The Fromagerie du Presbytère in Quebec received the most visits. Obviously, you enjoy the Friday night celebrations at this cheese dairy. We also strongly invite you to discover the other host producers of the Network, there are more than 265 who offer more than 850 overnight RV parking spaces in Canada.

This is the number of people who received Terego as a gift thanks to the gift certificate. By the way, most gift certificates have been bought in the last few days. But, what an A-MA-ZING last-minute gift idea for Christmas! It's unique, it's original, and it's a gift that your favourite camper can enjoy at any point in the year.  We're almost jealous!

500 photos. This number fills us with joy: you sent us more than 500 photos as part of the photo contest. Whether on Facebook or Instagram, you have allowed us to follow your gourmet road trips. It's now confirmed: Terego campers have the biggest smiles and they know how to have a good meal (thanks for all those food pics with a view of the countryside). There is no doubt that we will continue this photo competition in 2020 and we are already looking forward to seeing your beautiful pictures.
