Ruth and David are the proud owners of a maple production and distribution facility, nestled in the heart of the Muskokas in Ontario, since 1987.
In their charming shop, you will find pure Ontario maple syrup and its many derivatives, as well as candies, teas, preserves, gift baskets and much more! In addition to their maple specialties, you will discover an appetizing counter of fine Belgian chocolates in various flavours! With a fresh coffee in hand, you can admire a model train circuit in action and see the wagons wander through the shop!

Domaine du Cap - Érablière Vignoble et Distillerie
Acton Vale, Québec
Historically known for offering a wide range of traditional maple products, Domaine du Cap now produces a maple alcoholic beverage, wines and liquor. The sugar bush has also been certified organic by Ecocert Canada since 2002.
Following a trip to Tuscany, the young owners decided to try a somewhat crazy challenge: make gelatos with their organic maple syrup! The challenge was exceeded, as they now offer Maple Gelato as well as Coffee and Maple Gelato. In addition to two flavours of lactose-free sorbets: Strawberry-Maple and Lemon-Maple! This is a delicious way to taste maple in a different way, both in winter and in summer.

L’Hermine Cabane à sucre

This sugar bush belonging to the Ouimet family since 1963 is established on a charming and peaceful site.
In addition to being able to enjoy a traditional menu and home-prepared take-out meals such as meat pies, you can discover a bistro menu in a Cozy-Chic atmosphere. Be surprised by a range of maple syrup with original flavours! Discover their haskap syrup, this little fruit that looks like blueberries, which goes perfectly with ice cream! You can also taste a lavender maple syrup produced in association with the lavender field Le Lavandou. Their cinnamon maple syrup is perfect for sweetening a delicious latte while infusing it with a comforting cinnamon taste!
